Adam Stryker is an entrepreneur and systems architect who built StrykeFox Medical from the ground up after experiencing firsthand the structural failures of the American healthcare supply chain.

As CEO, Adam drives the strategic architecture of SFM's integrated platform — spanning DME distribution, biological implants, surgical workflow optimization, and the proprietary SPEAR document execution engine. His operational doctrine is simple: revenue over theory, margin over scale, compliance first.

Adam is also the architect of Poseidon OS, the technology backbone powering SFM's clinical intelligence and distribution infrastructure across the western United States.

Ben Fox

Co-Founder & Vice President

Ben Fox is a proven operator in the medical device and surgical solutions sector. As Co-Founder and Vice President of StrykeFox Medical, Ben plays a central role in scaling one of the fastest-growing independent medical distribution platforms in the region.

Ben's expertise spans orthopedic and spine distribution, durable medical equipment, biologics, and surgical workflow optimization — bringing deep field-level knowledge to every facet of SFM's commercial operations.

Based in Las Vegas, Ben works directly with surgical teams and provider networks to ensure SFM's products and services reach the patients who need them, on time and fully supported.
